Welcome to Care Managers Ltd. By using our website, services, and/or home care solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • Company: Care Managers Ltd, registered in England and Wales with Company Registered No 12353630.
  • Client: Any individual or entity that uses the services provided by Care Managers Ltd.
  • Professional: Any registered nurse, senior carer, carer, registered manager, or any other healthcare professional provided by Care Managers Ltd.
  • Services: The agency staff solutions and home care services provided by Care Managers Ltd.

3. Services Provided

Care Managers Ltd provides agency staff solutions and home care services in England and Wales. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Providing temporary or permanent healthcare professionals to healthcare providers.
  • Offering home care services to individuals in need of personal or medical care at home.

4. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration or hiring process.
  • Update any provided information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account and password.
  • Notify Care Managers Ltd immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for the healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure that all equipment and resources required for the professionals to perform their duties are available and safe.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

6. Professional Obligations

Professionals agree to:

  • Provide services in a professional and competent manner.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and standards applicable to their profession.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any client information obtained during their engagement.

7. Fees and Payment

Clients are responsible for paying the agreed fees for the services provided. All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Care Managers Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel the services up to 24 hours before the start time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will incur a fee of 50% of the service value. Healthcare professionals who cancel their shift within 24 hours of the start time may be subject to disciplinary action, including removal from the Care Managers platform.

9. Liability

Care Managers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the services provided.

10. Data Protection

Care Managers Ltd complies with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that your personal data is used in accordance with these regulations.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Care Managers Ltd reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
